We carry out high volume possession work for many leading UK lenders; we understand that this area can be highly sensitive and we offer a personalised, high quality service at competitive rates.

We also cover all aspects of loss and debt recovery: our many years of experience allow us systematically to examine every possible angle of recovery, and to achieve an impressive recovery rate.
Professional Negligence and Fraud
Our highly experienced specialists act for lenders in actions against solicitors, valuers and brokers. They have a highly pro-active approach and they can either work closely with clients’ collections personnel or carry out investigations alone. This ensures that any possible negligence or fraud by the borrower or the lender’s former professional advisers has been thoroughly explored and assessed, therefore consistently high levels of recovery are achieved.
New lending and Sales of Properties in Possession
We have considerable expertise in acting for lenders in initial lending (where borrowers have separate representation), including drafting security documentation, investigating title, corporate capacity issues and all aspects of secured lending and undertaking reviews of existing security in the sale of repossessed properties. Relief from Forfeiture of Leases
We are frequently instructed in actions for forfeiture of leasehold property over which our client has security. We always act quickly to protect and preserve the leasehold security from forfeiture by the landlord.
Tenant Evictions and LPA Receiverships
The Landlord and Tenant Group completes the range of services available by:
securing evictions of property tenanted either with or without the lender’s consent and/or pursuant to a "buy to let" scheme;
appointing an LPA receiver where appropriate.
