We have particular experience in the leisure industry, but also advise public sector and other business clients on all kinds of property matters . Our involvement with a wide range of property issues means that we have an in-depth understanding of the property market.

However, should the need arise, we will involve our highly respected litigators, who are considered to have more direct court experience than any other similar group in the country.

The Division consists of 9 partners, a senior consultant, a litigation manager, assistant solicitors, legal executives, paralegals, and secretarial and other support.
The firm also has an established reputation in insolvency, which represents another core area of the S.G.H. business. The Real Estate Services Division has close links with insolvency and company and commercial law groups within the firm, enabling us to deliver a complete service to our clients.
