Michael Shapiro joined the Property Department of the firm in November 2005.

He has over 20 years experience in dealing with a wide range of property matters including acquisitions , disposals and lettings of development and investments sites, and advising business clients in relation to their own property requirements as well as acting on substantial residential property transactions. In addition, he advises clients on the management of their portfolios, closely liaising with other professionals. He also gets involved with the property elements of corporate transactions and advising on property practice and procedure in litigious property matters.
