Angela works alongside Derek Williams and focuses on all aspects of commercial property acting for a variety of clients - from small businesses to large corporations. Angela has developed an expertise in providing legal services to financial institutions including secured lending and managing sales by mortgagees in possession.

Working in conjunction with our Insolvency Department, Angela also has considerable experience acting for insolvency practitioners in the disposal of assets.

Her in-depth understanding of property issues enables Angela to assist clients in determining their own commercial objectives through the most appropriate legal framework.
