Jon qualified as a solicitor in 1979 and practised in Norwich until October 1992.  In October 1992 he moved to London, specialising as a property litigator and in particular providing property litigation services to the brewery industry. 

In March 2009 he joined the Leisure Group of Sprecher Grier Halberstam LLP further to strengthen our position as one of the country’s leading advisers to the Brewery Industry.  As a property litigator Jon recognises that management of the relevant property has to be the priority and that the disputes mechanism has to be tailored to allow for this.  He is a member of the Property Litigation Association. 

 He is Secretary of Unity is a  Liveryman of the Worshipful Company of Innholders and other  outside interests include sailing and skiing .
