 David Ostroff was admitted in 1979. He is a highly experienced commercial litigator and sits part-time as a Deputy District Judge. His areas of expertise include Financial Services, Insurance, Life Assurance and Pensions, Negligence, Professional Negligence, Partnership Disputes and Shareholder Disputes. He also has had substantial involvement in a wide range of contractual, commercial and trading claims. David is also a CEDR accredited Mediator and has also successfully represented parties in numerous mediations and arbitrations. David joined the firm in 2003 as a partner in the Litigation Department. |
