Nick has expertise in all aspects of contentious corporate and individual insolvency law; including liquidations, receiverships, bankruptcies and voluntary arrangements. His range of work includes acting for liquidators in claims against former directors, defending directors against directors' disqualification proceedings brought by the DTI and working for both trustees in bankruptcy and debtors in relation to complex IVAs.
