Rishi Malliwal joined the firm in July 2006 and was made a partner on 1 January 2008 in the Company & Commercial team. Rishi previously trained and qualified as a corporate lawyer at a firm outside London, where he gained substantial experience in a variety of complex matters. He has also spent a short time on secondment with the in-house legal team of a multi-national corporation.

Rishi has experience of a wide range of corporate and commercial matters advising entrepreneurs and small/medium sized enterprises. His practice principally deals with mergers and acquisitions, management buy outs/ins, corporate restructuring and corporate finance. Adopting a commonsense approach, he aims to offer clients clear advice and to ensure that their objectives are met.
