Her practice area soon became a fully-fledged Property Department, acting for a wide variety of clients on all aspects of commercial property law.

Lesley’s expertise covers all mainstream commercial property transactions, including acquisitions and disposals of commercial buildings and secured lending. In addition, she has established a strong reputation working with residential and commercial developers and acting for Landlords and Tenants.

Lesley also specialises in addressing the property implications of insolvency situations, such as the disposal of assets by financial institutions and insolvency practitioners, or the property aspects of business and asset restructuring.
