Alok Gangola was admitted in 1999. Following a period at a City law firm as a corporate assistant solicitor, he joined the UK legal department of an international financial institution. He joined the firm’s Company & Commercial department in 2007 as a partner.

Alok is experienced in dealing with a variety of corporate and commercial law matters from the provision of day-to-day corporate and commercial advice to advising on corporate transactional matters such as flotations, private equity investments, joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions.

Drawing on his expertise of advising businesses across a range of sectors and of all sizes, from entrepreneurs starting up to established international institutions, Alok understands the need for sensible, bespoke and pro-active advice.
