Neil Emery was admitted in 2004 and joined SGH in 2006 as an associate in the Employment Law Department.
Neil has extensive experience in Employment Law, encompassing all aspects of contentious and non-contentious employment work for both employer and employee clients.
He offers a full range of services including: representation at Employment Tribunals; drafting contracts and other employment documentation; ensuring compliance with, and advising on, the numerous regulations that affect the workplace; handling discrimination cases; and providing advice on restrictive covenants and enforceability of post termination restrictions.
Neil writes regular updates about developments in the field of employment, with an emphasis on the practical implications for employers and employees, and is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association.
