Helen Crossland
Helen
qualified as a solicitor in 2004 and joined SGH in February 2009 as
an associate in the Employment Law Department.
Helen has
significant experience of acting for both employers and employees with a
range of contentious and non contentious employment law matters. The
services Helen can offer include Tribunal and High Court representation,
drafting employment documentation including bespoke confidentiality
agreements and post termination restrictions, advising on TUPE matters,
assisting with redundancies and company restructuring, advising on bonus
disputes and variation of contract terms and providing tactical advice
on exit strategies. Helen also drafts ‘HR’ letters and assists with
grievance and disciplinary issues and dismissals.
Helen is
involved in the firm’s seminars and offers bespoke seminars and training
to management and HR professionals. She is a member of the Employment
Lawyers Association.
