We will always advise you of your ability to recover costs under the terms of the governing lease.
We will also contact any mortgage company with an interest in the property.

We achieve fast and cost-effective recovery of property occupied by squatters.
Forfeiture & distress
We provide comprehensive advice from the outset. Where necessary we seek to obtain early forfeiture of leases of commercial premises. Tenant Eviction

Managing Agents
We are able to assist managing agents in the recovery of ground rent and service charge arrears.
We can liaise with any mortgage company in order to bring to its attention the arrears and request payment.
If necessary , we will commence court action and handle proceedings in the LVT.
Remedies for Disrepair
Where the tenant has an obligation to keep commercial premises in good repair, we advise landlords on the available remedies, including any claim for loss flowing from disrepair.
