The partner in charge of our insolvency and corporate recovery department is Ian Grier . He is a licensed insolvency practitioner and fellow of the Association of Business Recovery Professionals (R3). As co-author of several highly regarded text books on insolvency law and procedure Ian Grier is a recognised authority in his own right.
Advice to insolvency practitioners
In assisting insolvency practitioners who may be acting as office holders, the department advises on all aspects of insolvency law, assists with liquidations, receiverships and bankruptcies and organises voluntary arrangements for companies and individuals.
