Corporate recovery
Sprecher Grier Halberstam LLP is fully committed to the rescue culture. Our corporate recovery work involves advising companies and individuals in financial difficulties on whether the business can be saved or restructured by means of administration or voluntary arrangement.

Directors' responsibilities
Where rescue is not possible we advise individuals, particularly directors, of their legal responsibilities resulting from such insolvency.

Disposal of assets
