Fixed Price Legal Pack for Employment Businesses to comply with The Conduct of Employment Agencies and Employment Businesses Regulations 2003

The Conduct of Employment Agencies and Employment Businesses Regulations 2003 came into force on 6th April 2004 and as a result employment agencies and employment businesses are bound by far more stringent requirements than before in terms of the types of contracts they can enter into both with their clients and their workers and in terms of the information gathering which must be done before any contracts are entered into. Failure to comply with the Regulations can result in a hefty fine and may also mean that the employment agency/business is closed down for lack of compliance.

David Sprecher has prepared a comprehensive pack for employment businesses which engage the services of temporary workers both on PAYE and through limited companies for clients and also who act as employment agencies finding permanent employees for their clients. The pack (which provides all the documents you will need to ensure you are fully compliant with the Regulations) consists of

1. Permanent Placements
a) Registration by Client of Permanent Vacancy
b) Terms of Business for Permanent Placement
c) Registration by Individual for a Permanent Vacancy
2. Temporaries
a) Registration by Client of Temporary Vacancy
b) Terms of Business for Temporary Placement
c) Registration by Individual for a Temporary Vacancy
d) Terms of Engagement for Individual
e) Registration by Limited Company for a Temporary Vacancy
f) Terms of Engagement for Limited Companies.

We are selling the pack either as a whole or as separate sets (permanent/temporary) depending on your needs. The new documents/contracts are essential for all employment agencies/businesses and will save you from having to read and digest what are very lengthy and complicated Regulations.

If you are interested in buying the pack or discussing any other matters, please contact either David Sprecher at davids@sghlaw.com or on 020 7544 5555 and he will be happy to answer any questions you might have.
