Madeleine Thomson is also able to advise on the obligations of the agency/business from an employment law perspective, particularly in relation to the legal employment status of temporary workers.

The team is also joined by Emma Shipp who is an expert on the law surrounding data protection. This is clearly an area of specific concern for employment agencies/businesses because of the issues surrounding the comprehensive personal information which must be collected from work seekers in order to comply with the Regulations.
