We can provide a fully comprehensive company secretarial service using Blueprint 2000 for both private and publicly listed companies including their formation, changes in directors and shareholders, preparation of annual returns, on-going maintenance of statutory records, attending monthly/quarterly board meetings of public listed companies and arranging and organising general meetings of shareholders (AGM and EGM). We also liaise with external registrars and accountants. If required, you can use our City office as your Registered Office address where correspondence and documents are received, processed and forwarded to the company where appropriate.
