The team has in-depth experience of a wide range of commercial property matters including sales, acquisitions and lettings of offices, retail outlets and industrial units.

Commercial Property development expertise
Sprecher Grier Halberstam LLP is proud to have established a reputation as advisers to commercial and residential property developers, particularly with respect to the development of private housing estates and industrial parks.

Property disposal
The department also specialises in the disposal of assets by financial institutions and insolvency practitioners. With the back-up of our Insolvency and Litigation departments, we are able to address related issues. Our Commercial Property Department has clients ranging from large corporations to small businesses, and provides a combination of skill and knowledge which enables it to handle a wide range of commercial property transactions in the most cost-effective and efficient manner.
